How much does a service call cost?

Yes. Our owner holds a Texas Master Plumber license (RMP-40414) and we carry $2M in liability insurance. We can provide proof before starting any job.

Every job comes with a 1-year warranty on parts we provide and install, plus labor. If something we fixed isn't right, we come back and make it right. No charge.

Yes. We handle the same services for commercial properties — offices, retail spaces, restaurants, warehouses. Water heaters, gas lines, drain cleaning, sewer repair, remodels, and emergency calls. Same license, same quality, same pricing transparency.

Open your windows, don't flip any switches, and leave the house immediately. Call us from outside at (972) 210-9033. If the smell is strong, call 911 and your gas utility first. We're licensed for gas line work and can locate and repair the leak same-day.

Absolutely. We do rough-in and finish plumbing for renovations — moving drain lines, adding gas lines for stoves, relocating water supply, installing new fixtures. We work with your general contractor or handle the plumbing scope directly.

Yes. We run new gas lines for stoves, dryers, outdoor grills, fire pits, pool heaters, and generators. We also handle gas line relocations and yard line reroutes. All gas work is pressure-tested before we leave.

Most calls booked before noon get same-day service. Gas leaks and active flooding get priority. For after-hours emergencies, call us — we do our best to respond as quickly as possible.

That's a big part of what we do. Galvanized pipe replacement, whole-house repipes, slab leak repair, cast iron sewer replacement. We know the common issues in DFW homes built in the '60s through '90s and how to fix them right.
