The terms governing your use of this site and our services.
Service agreement
When you book a plumbing service with Cole's Plumbing Dallas, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information about the work needed
- Pay the agreed-upon price for completed work
- Allow safe access to the property and the work area
- Notify us promptly of any issues with completed work
Estimates and pricing
Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued. Prices may change if scope of work changes after the estimate. We always re-quote before continuing if we discover additional work mid-job.
The service call fee is charged to cover diagnosis and travel. It applies to any approved work performed during the same visit.
Warranty
All workmanship is warranted for one year from the date of service. Parts carry the manufacturer's warranty. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, freezing, foreign objects, normal wear, or work performed by anyone other than us after our installation.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of work unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Past-due balances may incur interest at the maximum rate allowed by Texas law.
Limitation of liability
We carry $2 million general liability insurance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits, or pre-existing conditions discovered during work.
Licensure
Cole's Plumbing Dallas operates under Texas Master Plumber License RMP-40414. All work is performed by or under the direct supervision of the licensed master plumber.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms occasionally. The current version is always posted on this page. Continued use of our services after an update means you agree to the updated terms.
