A hydrostatic test confirms whether your drain lines are holding. We plug the sewer line at the clean-out, fill the system with water, and monitor for a pressure drop. If the line holds, you’re clear. If it drops, you know exactly what you’re dealing with before any concrete gets cut.
When the leak is on the supply side — the pressurized lines that bring clean water into your fixtures — a static pressure test is the right diagnostic. We isolate the system from the municipal supply and monitor pressure over time. If pressure drops, water is escaping somewhere beneath your foundation.
