Soil shift cracks
DFW clay soil cracks rigid copper at fittings. Most common cause we see.
Galvanic corrosion
Where copper meets galvanized steel or brass. Joint corrodes from the inside.
Pinhole leaks in copper
1960s to 1980s copper pin-holes from aggressive water chemistry.
Galvanized rust-out
Older steel supply rusts internally, restricts flow until water trickles.
Polybutylene failure
Class-action material from 1970s to 1990s. Fails predictably.

Burst pipes during hard freezes. Rare in DFW but it happens.

We Get It Done
Approved work starts right away when possible. Every job backed by a 1-year warranty on parts and labor.
What to expect
We start with diagnosis: pressure test, locate the failure with electronic detection if buried. Then we quote spot repair, reroute, or full replacement with prices. Repair takes 2 to 6 hours for spot work, 1 to 3 days for replacement. Every job ends with a pressure-hold test post-repair, plus cleanup, wall patching, and yard restoration.
Main water line work covers the line from the meter at the curb to your home's entry point, usually 3/4 inch or 1 inch copper, PEX, or older galvanized. Failures show up as reduced flow throughout the house, wet spots in the front yard between meter and house, pressure drops, or discolored water from rust or sediment. Branch supply lines carry water to individual fixtures and rooms. Failures show up as localized leaks (one bathroom only), pinhole leaks in copper, burst lines after freeze cycles, or sweating pipes from condensation.
Pricing: spot repair on a branch line $200 to $500, pinhole leak repair $250 to $450, main water line replacement $1,800 to $5,500 depending on length and access, branch line replacement to a single fixture or bathroom $400 to $1,200, full repipe when failures are systemic $5,500 to $12,000.
Every job includes new copper or PEX line as appropriate, new shutoff valves at the repair site, pressure testing, permit and inspection if main line work, restoration of any wall, floor, or yard work, and 1-year warranty on labor plus 50-year manufacturer warranty on PEX or lifetime on copper.

What homeowners say
“We had a slab leak and were panicking. Chad walked us through the whole process, explained what he was doing at every step, and his price was fair. He even followed up the next week to make sure everything was holding. This is the only plumber we'll call from now on.”
Jennifer K.
Frisco, TX
“The last plumber we called tried to sell us a whole new system when all we needed was a valve replacement. Chad was honest about what the actual problem was and fixed it for a fraction of what the other company quoted. That's rare.”
Mike R.
Plano, TX
“Chad came out the same day we called. He looked at our water heater, told us exactly what was wrong, gave us a price, and got it done that afternoon. No surprises on the bill. We've used other plumbers in the area and this was by far the best experience.”
