I live in Coppell, near Carrollton where Cole’s Plumbing is located. I had an issue with an outside faucet. A plumber arrived at the exact time they said they would. After looking at the issue I was having they were able to correct the problem by installing a vacuum breaker, costing only a fraction of what a new faucet would cost. Cole’s plumbing is so knowledgeable and was quick to find the problem. I had my kitchen and dining room floors tiled at my home in Coppell using Lowe’s contractors while I was on vacation. Once I came home, my kitchen sink was backing up. I called Cole’s Plumbing out of Carrollton to come out and unclog my drains. Turns out the carpenters were using my kitchen sink to rinse their tools and Grout sponges. they put grout down my kitchen sink. With no water being ran for a week . Needless to say I had a brick wall in my drain lines. Not only did he locate the issue quickly he walked me through how to file a claim with Lowe’s. He had us fixed up and back to normal draining order in no time! I was so thankful for his urgency in the matter as I am a family of 7, and our kitchen draining is a big deal. Very professional and very much appreciated!

I’m a little late writing this review but I had a busted water line this past Sunday and called 3 plumbing companies before finally getting ahold of Cole’s plumbing on the first try. They sent out Chad right then and he was able to turn my water off and fix the busted pipe. Chad was so so nice and had everything he needed on his truck to make those repairs. Ican’t recommend Chad highly enough! Our hot water heater failed the day before a major ice storm was forecast, and we were panicked about being without hot water in freezing temperatures. I called late in the afternoon expecting to wait days, but Chad squeezed us in the same day. My bathroom flooded overnight after a shower. I got the room dried up and woke up the next morning doing all I could to rid the issue. I searched and found Cole's plumbing. I read all the positive reviews and decided to give them a try. I called and Chad immediately answered the phone. During the brief conversation, he diagnosed the issued over the phone. I had a seal leaking under the kitchen sink where the garbage disposal connected to the drain trap. I reached out to Cole’s and they were able to fit me in their schedule the same day and sent Chad to the rescue. He immediately identified that the initial install was poor on my garbage disposal as the original builders did not install multiple tension bolts which is what led to the seal leaking. Further the pvc piping was also not done sufficient causing connection issues at certain joints. Chad helped correct all these issues and has the plumbing looking brand new! Would highly recommend!

Chad replaced water cut off valves in front flower bed. Over the years so much dirt had gotten into the valve box that you couldn't find the valves at all! Chad replaced pipes, valves, and filled the box with pea gravel to allow any water from rain to drain off and keep the valves accessible. He quoted a price which I accepted and kept to that price. Hi everyone! Unfortunately, our tankless water heater, which was only a year old busted from the freeze. We called lots of plumbers and all were busy. One company came and charged us to barely peak in the attic and told us it was frozen and nothing could be done. We told them it was frozen before they came out! We got a heater up there and thawed it out and they would not return to help. Then, we called COLE’S PLUMBING! YAY!!! CHAD came out at 8pm to replace the entire tankless heater! He had been up since 4:30am on calls and was pleasant and kind about our situation. When he pulled up, he was on the phone. Turns out a neighbor saw his truck coming to our house and asked if he could help them next. So, he finished our house around 10 and then went to a neighbors. I found my new plumber! He was able to repair the leak by digging out the mud under the driveway and was able access the pipe. Chad has the knowledge, skills and work ethic that is not always easy to find these days. Work was done on time, price was reasonable, and finished product was high quality. Clear and precise communication, up front advise on expectations, and follow through exactly as advised. Highly recommended!

WOW!! I cannot say enough great things about my experience. I called another plumber and got an estimate of over 350 to fix my hot water heater, which I knew wasn’t right. I called Cole’s plumbing and left a voicemail. He called me back about an hour later and was able to get to the house later THAT DAY!!! Fixed my hot water heater for less than half of what the other guy estimated. Got the work done in under 20 mins. Was super friendly and was willing to call my home warranty to work with them! So glad I called!

I had an emergency with my plumbing. I called 8 local companies before I was told to call Chad at Cole’s Plumbing. He came instantly. I really believe the good Lord above was watching over me!! He had to deal with a corroded pipe that was about to break and cause a tremendous amount of damage. It was NOT an easy fix. I watched him the entire time and recognized he knew exactly what he was doing Very reputable Very honest Very timely I won’t ever call on another again. Please contact me if you’d like more details. Cole's plumbing came quickly for an estimate, he was half the price of Scottco for the same repair of a new gas line from the meter to the house. They stuck to their estimate, and had to fix some leaks inside the house also when completed to pass the city inspection at the price he quoted for the additional repair which he explained up front at the initial estimate. They worked fast and had the gas line dug up and replaced within 24 hours, city inspected and back up and running within 48 hours.

I called Cole's plumbing for their services for an inspection on a home I'm hoping to buy. The previous owners hadn't done a sewer line check before they bought it. So I decided I wanted to have a thorough check on it. I called them on Monday and they came out the same day. It was a huge weight off my shoulders to know I didn't have any sewer problems to worry about. From start to finish it was a little over an hour! I highly recommend Cole's Pluming for any situation you have!
